We were delighted to hear this week that our friends over at ACC Ltd had won an Award for their website. ACC UK regularly win awards for their great customer service, but we were chuffed to be involved in helping them win an award for their website too!
ACC UK Ltd have been a client of ours for many years and this is actually the second website we have provided for them. The site is a fully managed site and ACC regularly provide engaging content for their blog which provides great tips and advice on car maintenance, driving and vehicle ownership.
the Independent Servicing and Repair Garage Industry is fiercely competitive, particularly with main dealers trying to lock customers in to their ongoing servicing packages, so it is a credit to ACC that the are going from strength to strength as a company.
As well as managing website content updates we also run regularly SEO audits and optimisation on the website to maintain ACC's website position in the local listings in a 20 mile service area, something that has become increasing challenging with 'Middle man' Car servicing websites that just market service bookings and have large advertising budgets. We would always recommend going directly to the company as these sites simply increase prices... or reduce margins for the garages, neither of which benefit the customer in the end.
