Information for Messagepac customers, including Terms of service, Service level agreements, and acceptable use policies.
Use of Digital Forests Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Digital Forest's Terms as well as Digital Forest's AUP (Acceptable Use Policy).
Terms of Use
Where the context admits: "We" includes Digital Forest or any party acting on Digital Forest's implicit instructions. "You" includes the person purchasing the services or any party acting on the customer's instructions. "Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us in connection with the provision of the Services. "Web Site" means the area on the Server allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree to the following, which shall apply during the term of this agreement.
Acceptable Use Policy
Digital Forest's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what Digital Forest expects of them while using the service.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
