Sorting articles.

To sort articles in the content group, go to the 'Editors Centre' and click 'Manage Content Groups'. Select the content group you wish to edit eg 'Articles Library'

in the action list click 'Go to' on the Modify Sort Order. Select 'Descending Date' , 'Ascending date' or 'Fixed sort order'



Descending date will sort the articles with the latest shown first, Ascending date will sort it with the oldest article first. Fixed Sort Order will allow you to move the articles shown in the window above up and down as you wish, and order them to your preference.


To sort articles within categories, simply click 'review categories' in the content group menu and click the sort order icon next to the category of you choice.
