Staff, suppliers, customers, each person is treated as an individual, we seek to put their desires, and requirements first. We try to be fair and approachable, to understand before being understood. Remembering that people are always at the heart of what we do. We implement a 'family first' policy for our staff and 'set them up' to succeed in all they do.
Create benefit for ourselves by creating benefit for others
Profit for ourselves is only fairly gained by providing substantial benefit for others. Fair pricing, excellent service, going the extra mile... finding a win-win solution.
Integrity and honesty in all we do
we are nothing without our integrity... Maintaining our integrity even at the possiblity of losing an advantage.
Take responsibility for the wider Community we live and work in
Life is greater than just work - we believe in giving back to society. Over 10 per cent of our net profit is given back to charitable causes, including Cancer Research UK, Christian Aid, and other local organisations.
To achieve Environmental sustainability
We seek to tread lightly on this planet, sustaining the same natural benefits we enjoy for the generations to come. We are continuing to implement 'green' policies - from re-cycling to alternative energy sources in our business practices. There are no genetically modified ingredients in any of our products!
